Amazing view, kind and welcoming staff. Loved the bags of hot water provided every night to keep the beds warm. Delicious breakfast and they even accommodated our early departure. Beautifully located with a great view. Helpful owner assisted with taxis and provided extra hot water bottles. We could store our luggage during our Machu Picchu trip. Loved the garden and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and buffet style. High pressure hot water in the shower. Best aspects: view, staff kindness, hot water bottles. Sorry, the only disadvantage was the cold temperature in the house. No heating system, but they provided hot water bottles and tried to warm up the place for breakfast. Make sure to wear warm clothes! Disliked aspects: lack of heating, cold temperature in the house.

Luna House was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2-month South America trip. From the warm welcome by Angela, Alcides, and their cute dog Antares, to their exceptional service in helping us with laundry, taxis. The facilities are beautiful, with a lush garden and scenic patio. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with cozy beds and vibrant Peruvian textiles. The extensive breakfast and coca tea were also delightful. Truly a special and unforgettable place.
100% Recommend this hotel.
